In keeping with one our most recent posts, “Clearwater & Tampa Bay outdoor lighting is helping neighborhoods make a grand entrance!“, Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Clearwater and Tampa Bay just finished up a dramatic neighborhood entrance makeover through lighting!
When we initially met with the President of the Home Owner’s Association in this particular neighborhood, he indicated that the existing outdoor entrance lighting had some issues. These issues stemmed from the age of the system and underlying plant growth around the fixtures. Upon consultation, some of the fixtures were hidden under the foliage of the shrubbery. Once we were able to locate all of the existing fixtures we then noted many were corroded and in poor operating condition.

Our reccomendation included upgrading their existing line voltage system to a ultra-efficient LED system using our high quality fixtures. We also trimmed the existing shrubbery in accordance with keeping them full and beautiful, but in a way that would allow the new system to illuminate the entrance appropriately. By upgrading to an LED system, this Homeowners Association will get not only a consistently beautiful entrance every evening to welcome residents and guests, they will also save tremendously each month in electrical costs. Their “old” system consisted of 75 watt fixtures, which we upgraded with 10 watt LED fixtures. In addition, our high-quality LED fixtures provide a wider span/spread of light requiring less fixtures and still illuminating the area cohesively!
